Permanent lipstick

In this area, I want to know your opinion on having such permanent lipstick or full makeup! To me, it sounds extremely scary! I would rather use daily makeup rather than going for a plastic surgery to do permanent lipstick…but it seems that, some women around the glob prefer to do the permanent lipstick as they might be extremely busy or they don’t like to be without makeup for 24 solid hours! Which is definitely wrong, it is totally dangerous to keep the makeup on our faces even during our sleepiness; we should allow our skin to breath!

Besides, if the woman is really determined to go for the permanent lipstick, she then has to sit with her doctor to discuss every single detail, and she has to select the colors of layers that will be matched for the whole seasons of the year… I myself would suggest brown color for the eyes, and light brown sexy lip gloss for permanent shine… but again, it is totally difficult to select the suitable colors without the suggestions and the advice of the stylist as well as the doctor…you know, permanent lipstick is not any normal subject, it is a very sensitive issue and any selections would affect the woman for ten years in max!

Fat belly diet

· Fat belly diet is not a package rather than a regime that you have to follow to get rid of the belly fat. If you want to get yourself into a diet plan; don’t go for spoiling diets such as; starving your stomach for skipping meals and going for lunch or dinner only! There are some people who skip meals thinking that meals can be the fat factor! Which is definitely wrong… if you skip meals, you will end up eating more because your metabolism is low and your body doesn’t have energy to consume, and you will get yourself dying to eat anything that comes in the kitchen…so, instead of starving yourself with dying diet fitness programs, get 5 small meals a day instead of 3 large meals, or you can get your regular 3 meals but don’t full your plate with unwanted stuff… try to dress it with fruits and veggies beside eating your main dish…

· Try to never skip your breakfast as this meal is the most important meal of the day… without breakfast you will not be able to work, you will have no energy and nothing can help you to stand… so, take healthy diet breakfast that is rich in nutrition

· Don’t forget to get yourself into free diet exercise program… as you know, healthy diet cannot be accomplished without flat stomach exercise…
