Basically, we all know that adding snacks into our eating list is considered to be an important part of our diet regimen, as it helps very much in energizing our body… snack is the factor that can keep us from starvation until the dinner’s time!

there are different type of snacks, but not all types meet our needs of nutrition… the majority of us tend to run for stuff like, salty chips, dry sweets, cold drink, etc without thinking of the side effects! Therefore, we need to take snacks that help in energizing our body and have got lots of nutrition as well, such as; fruits, veggies, fresh juices, etc…beside, if the mouth waters for chips, you can then take packed chips that is less salty but don’t take it daily as you have got to change your snacks daily to avoid boredoms…

o The effects of caffeine differ from an individual to another… it depends on the person’s weight, height, age, etc...

o According to my own experience and to what the experts and others have said; caffeine has a bad reputation!

o It increases the central nervous system… it makes me more energetic with a clear focus and relax for a short period of time, and then I start to get a headache, depressed, and got the tendency to drink more mugs of coffee… the more I drink, the more I get myself to the restroom…

o I was addicted to caffeine for 4 solid years, and I just backed off since 3 months ago… during the first week of stopping, I faced lots of difficulties, I got really stressed up, lost my temper easily, sleeping most of the time, headache, lethargic, etc

o The reason that encouraged me to stop was its side effects on the body as well as the vision… caffeine helps very badly in weight gain! If we don’t drink coffee, we get the feeling of anger, and depression and we tend to go to the kitchen to eat anything to satisfy our hormonal cortisone! In regard to the vision, my eyes started to get itchy and decreased the power of my vision as well…

We all know that stress is considered to be a killing factor that can easily kill our life with its secret weapon! To protect ourselves from such a killing weapon, we have to try the following items:

o Positive thinking: we have to treat our minds to think positively no matter how hard the situation might be… we have to try to visualize positive ideas and be optimistic… such an attempt will help us to feel much better… I have read somewhere that whenever we feel stressed or pessimistic, we should not let such a thought controls our thinking, by trying to visualize positive ideas to keep us going…

o Laughing is considered to be the best medicine for releasing tension as it supplies oxygen to our body…

o Singing and dancing can be seen as an important factor in releasing depression… I myself do that a lot… whenever I feel depressed or upset, I would just keep on singing, dancing, and try to smile at anything that seems funny… it might sounds a bit weird but this is the reality…I actually treat the music as the tune of my life! I listen to music when I do my assignments, in the car, and right now I’m typing this post while listening to music…it helps me to relax, even though I do have my ups and downs situations, but we get to keep on going and try to never let anything destroys our moment, no matter how hard it might be… we all are soft creatures and our hearts can simply be broken if we don’t surround it with a strong protection! It is ok to cry but we should not let our tears destroy us…

o Post motivational thoughts in your room, your office and even in the car as a reminder to remind you that life goes on, and you do have lots of things to accomplish…you should not let the past hold you from moving on…what is happened has already happened and you cannot go back to change what has happened, BUT you can change your present that is linked to the past! You can change it with a positive thinking… you got nothing to lose and lots to gain if you try…

Which types of exercise help in flatting the stomach?

Such a question has really concerned me a lot… as different people presented different views…

o In terms of walking; this is the only one that has widely been approved as an aid that helps in flatting the stomach, removing the fats, and accomplishing the abs…this exercise is suitable for all ages… it can perfectly be performed without having any side effects…

o While crunches; it is basically suitable for building abs, but it is not suitable for all ages… it can be performed on the floor, bending your knees at 45 degrees with both feet on the floor, then place your right hand over your left knee and vice versa…

o In regard to the bicycle; you can perform this exercise by lying on the floor, bring your knees to about 45 degrees, and slowly go through a bicycle pedaling, touching your left elbow with your right knee and vice versa…

I have come across such an issue yesterday and to my surprise, I found that, the stomach can be bloated if:

o Stress appears to be among the causing factors as well… as you know, when you are under stress, you tend to seek for any companion to complement your hormonal cortisone, and lots of people find the food as their best friend to accompany them when feeling lonely or under pressure or during even their boring times…

To my surprise, I have found that, the diary products have side effects! It causes diarrhea, stomach bloating, gas, stomach cramps, etc… therefore; we should try to keep on drinking water after consuming dairy products to protect our health from such diseases…

The followings are some healthy habits that we should adapt to get a healthy beautiful body…

o Keep on doing some daily activities to energize your body…

o Stop letting food becomes your companion during your difficult times as it doesn’t bring you any benefits…rather it only causes your body more fats…

o Keep on activating your brain daily with motivation and inspirational thoughts, as such stuff help very much in showering your life with beauty and shining your face with smiles…

Do you need some motivation to keep you going?

I usually count myself as being one of those who need to renew their motivations from time to time… sometimes I start doing some list of stuff to keep me going, but it just cannot stick with me for long!

On few days ago, I was thinking of some ways that might help us in sticking to our goals no matter what happens! So, I kept on searching over such easy tips to try and I have come up with some ideas that can be tried! I myself really like it, and I thought of sharing what I grasped with you here…

In a basic way, we try to come up with a list of few important things that can be accomplished in a week, and then mark the stuff that we have accomplished. At the end of the week, we review what has been done. Then save the paper and come up with another important list for the following week, and mark the stuff that has been accomplished and take out the saved paper to compare it with the current one…

I have started to do this attempt, and I feel much better than before…

Ok I’ll give you an example related to weight loss motivation or dieting motivation! Let say, on Monday you do some jogging, on Wednesday you do some crunches, and on Friday you do some yoga and at the same time, you keep on following a diet regimen! So, keep on marking the stuff that you have accomplished, and then save the paper and come up with a new stuff to be accomplished on the following week. Then make a comparison…

have you ever dreamed of looking younger than your real age?

Well, it is the dream of every person to gain this vision into reality…fortunately, I have found some tips that would definitely help us “ladies and girls” to look fresh everyday!

· Keep on using a regular skin lotion to moisturize your body daily, and to leave your skin soft, shiny and comfortable…

· Try to use sun bloating to prevent your skin from having brown and dark patches…

· Keep on drinking at least 8 glasses of water daily to energize your body, and to help unblock greasy pores as well…

· Try to apply little makeup before leaving the house… just draw some mascara, define your lips with lip liner and lipstick or with lip gloss… but try to do not dap too much makeup, otherwise, you will look messy with a strong colorful stuff in the early morning! Just use something light makeup… I for instance; apply Vaseline to make my lips soft, shiny and to achieve the sexy lips appearance… I don’t use mascara or any other appliances as I don’t have time to keep standing in front of the mirror when I have classes at 8 am! I would rather get myself ready with Vaseline and wear the clothes that should be ironed the night before I get to bed to save the time for the other day!

· Try to do some haircuts from time to time, or try to dress your hair differently to avoid boredoms…

· Take care of your teeth… keep on whitening them from time to time and do a medical check-up for more protections…

Can sleeping be a fat factor?

Well, based on what the experts have mentioned; sleeping has widely been approved as being a fat factor! It shows that; if we sleep after eating immediately, we would then help the stomach in gaining some fats as well as some bloating… therefore; we should always try to stop eating late at night or within 3 hours before our sleeping time, and try to drink warm glasses of water instead of drinking cold water to lessen the fat as I myself do that from time to time…

How much weight should we lose?

Interestingly, I have found that, how much weight should we lose? is a question has been disliked by the experts and they keep on convincing their clients to never ever think of such a question again! If people keep on counting the kg of fats that should be lost, they will never reach their target…

They advise us to keep on following a particular healthy diet regimen plus performing particular sets of exercise daily or day after day to lose weight without thinking of the particular fat that should be removed… they want us to never put pressures over the amount of fat that should be removed…

I myself do agree with their idea… we don’t need to define a particular kg that should be gained or lost, as sometimes we might end up being stressed if we cannot reach the particular goal… therefore, we should try to follow a healthy diet regimen plus following a particular exercise to achieve a healthy body ever after…

Getting rid of a fat tummy is the dream of every person, female was or male… everyone dreams to have such a beautiful body that is free of fats… so, if you really want to turn your vision into reality; you need to get a look into two significant elements, which are your food and health… both of these two elements contribute very highly in shaping your body…
