The effects of caffeine differ from an individual to another… it depends on the person’s weight, height, age, etc...

According to my own experience and to what the experts and others have said about the negative side effects of caffeine; caffeine has a bad reputation!

caffeine increases the central nervous system… although caffeine also makes me more energetic with a clear focus and relax for a short period of time… however, after a while, I start to get a headache, depressed, and got the tendency to drink more mugs of coffee… despite the fact, the more I drink, the more I get myself to the restroom…

I was addicted to caffeine for 4 solid years, and I just backed off since 3 months ago… during the first week of stopping, I faced lots of difficulties, I got really stressed up, lost my temper easily, sleeping most of the time, headache, lethargic, etc

The reason that encouraged me to stop taking caffeine was its side effects on the body as well as the vision… caffeine helps very badly in weight gain! If we don’t drink coffee, we get the feeling of anger, and depression and we tend to go to the kitchen to eat anything to satisfy our hormonal cortisone! In regard to the vision, my eyes started to get itchy and decreased the power of my vision as well…

Do you want to have a curly hair?

We all know that, curly hair needs more attention and care than straight hair even though; a person with a curly hair should be blessed as she is able to dress it on the way she likes! My hair is curly and yeah I can change its dressing whenever I like! But I have to take care of it regularly as it really needs lots of attention, care, patience and lots of time to be taken on hair dressing! I don’t want to pessimist you; I only want to picture the situation to you and to show you that, you can dress your hair in a curly way but you have to take care of it…

Do not brush your hair after showering; you just divide it into small sections, and roll them into small balls and secure them with pins… When the hair is dried, take out the pins, and use your fingers to piece out your curls instead of using brush…In terms of showering, try to shower your hair once a week, and apply conditioner for two minutes in max, and brush it with wide toothed comb while the conditioner is still on your hair, or you can use leave-on-conditioner… On the following days, you can apply warm water, or just apply cream…

Another way for curling the hair; after showering your hair, divide it into small sections and roll it with pins, then take each section and divide it into three parts and fix those parts into each other (take the right part and place it between the middle and the left, then take the left part and place it between the middle and the right part and so on) then roll it again with a pin… leave it for sometime until you make sure that every section has dried completely, then take out the pins, free your hair from the division and apply a hair cream if you want, but should not brush it with a comb, rather use your fingers… surely it is going to take lots of time, but you will definitely end up having a curly hair!

To my surprise, I found that yoga has to have a special place in our daily life… we don’t only have to devote a few minutes or an hour in max for practicing yoga; rather, we need to be extremely careful about the type of clothes that we should choose to wear while practicing yoga! We should be very particular about the yoga clothing

Yoga experts advise us to wear yoga clothing or exercise clothing that are not too tight, as yoga involves loads of flexing movements… besides, if we wear tight yoga clothing or tight exercise clothing, we might not feel the freedom and the relaxation in moving our body… so, we should always try to wear comforting yoga clothing or comforting exercise clothing such as; T-shirts with pants that are not too tight and not fluffy… for more info, you can always consult your yoga trainer or do some Google search to get a clear idea about the type of training clothes that you should perfectly wear…

In terms of the color; yoga experts or exercise experts suggest to wear any type of colors if we are practicing yoga in the house (indoor)…but we need to avoid wearing dark colors if we are practicing yoga outdoor and especially during summer time as dark colors help very badly in burning the skin because the sun passes directly through the dark clothing…

One important thing to remember; we need to change our exercise clothes or yoga clothes everyday and it has to be washed daily, otherwise it will lead to skin itching and might even lead to skin disease, because, when we do any type of exercise, we produce sweat that leads to skin infection…in order to protect our skin from being infected by any disease, we need to change our clothes and take a shower daily…

Last but not least; yoga mat should be provided while practicing yoga…as yoga mat prevents us from having backache and slipping down while practicing the yoga…I myself consider the yoga mat as an important part of our exercises; whether it is a yoga exercise, or push ups and downs exercise or any other form of exercises…

Yesterday I have done some research and to my surprise, I found that, the concept of Yoga means “union” and it is generated from India as well! It is the union between the mind and the body… the mind and the body has to work together and complement each other

Permanent lipstick

In this area, I want to know your opinion on having such permanent lipstick or full makeup! To me, it sounds extremely scary! I would rather use daily makeup rather than going for a plastic surgery to do permanent lipstick…but it seems that, some women around the glob prefer to do the permanent lipstick as they might be extremely busy or they don’t like to be without makeup for 24 solid hours! Which is definitely wrong, it is totally dangerous to keep the makeup on our faces even during our sleepiness; we should allow our skin to breath!

Besides, if the woman is really determined to go for the permanent lipstick, she then has to sit with her doctor to discuss every single detail, and she has to select the colors of layers that will be matched for the whole seasons of the year… I myself would suggest brown color for the eyes, and light brown sexy lip gloss for permanent shine… but again, it is totally difficult to select the suitable colors without the suggestions and the advice of the stylist as well as the doctor…you know, permanent lipstick is not any normal subject, it is a very sensitive issue and any selections would affect the woman for ten years in max!

o It increases the central nervous system… it makes me more energetic with a clear focus and relax for a short period of time, and then I start to get a headache, depressed, and got the tendency to drink more mugs of coffee… the more I drink, the more I get myself to the restroom…

o I was addicted to caffeine for 4 solid years, and I just backed off since 3 months ago… during the first week of stopping, I faced lots of difficulties, I got really stressed up, lost my temper easily, sleeping most of the time, headache, lethargic, etc

o The reason that encouraged me to stop was its side effects on the body as well as the vision… caffeine helps very badly in weight gain! If we don’t drink coffee, we get the feeling of anger, and depression and we tend to go to the kitchen to eat anything to satisfy our hormonal cortisone! In regard to the vision, my eyes started to get itchy and decreased the power of my vision as well…

o Singing and dancing can be seen as an important factor in releasing depression… I myself do that a lot… whenever I feel depressed or upset, I would just keep on singing, dancing, and try to smile at anything that seems funny… it might sounds a bit weird but this is the reality…I actually treat the music as the tune of my life! I listen to music when I do my assignments, in the car, and right now I’m typing this post while listening to music…it helps me to relax, even though I do have my ups and downs situations, but we get to keep on going and try to never let anything destroys our moment, no matter how hard it might be… we all are soft creatures and our hearts can simply be broken if we don’t surround it with a strong protection! It is ok to cry but we should not let our tears destroy us…

o Post motivational thoughts in your room, your office and even in the car as a reminder to remind you that life goes on, and you do have lots of things to accomplish…you should not let the past hold you from moving on…what is happened has already happened and you cannot go back to change what has happened, BUT you can change your present that is linked to the past! You can change it with a positive thinking… you got nothing to lose and lots to gain if you try…

I usually count myself as being one of those who need to renew their motivations from time to time… sometimes I start doing some list of stuff to keep me going, but it just cannot stick with me for long!

On few days ago, I was thinking of some ways that might help us in sticking to our goals no matter what happens! So, I kept on searching over such easy tips to try and I have come up with some ideas that can be tried! I myself really like it, and I thought of sharing what I grasped with you here…

In a basic way, we try to come up with a list of few important things that can be accomplished in a week, and then mark the stuff that we have accomplished. At the end of the week, we review what has been done. Then save the paper and come up with another important list for the following week, and mark the stuff that has been accomplished and take out the saved paper to compare it with the current one…

I have started to do this attempt, and I feel much better than before…

Ok I’ll give you an example related to weight loss motivation or dieting motivation! Let say, on Monday you do some jogging, on Wednesday you do some crunches, and on Friday you do some yoga and at the same time, you keep on following a diet regimen! So, keep on marking the stuff that you have accomplished, and then save the paper and come up with a new stuff to be accomplished on the following week. Then make a comparison…

Well, it is the dream of every person to gain this vision into reality…fortunately, I have found some tips that would definitely help us “ladies and girls” to look fresh everyday!

· Keep on using a regular skin lotion to moisturize your body daily, and to leave your skin soft, shiny and comfortable…

I would rather get myself ready with Vaseline and wear the clothes that should be ironed the night before I get to bed to save the time for the other day!

· Try to do some haircuts from time to time, or try to dress your hair differently to avoid boredoms…

· Take care of your teeth… keep on whitening them from time to time and do a medical check-up for more protections…

Can sleeping be a fat factor?

Well, based on what the experts have mentioned; sleeping has widely been approved as being a fat factor! It shows that; if we sleep after eating immediately, we would then help the stomach in gaining some fats as well as some bloating… therefore; we should always try to stop eating late at night or within 3 hours before our sleeping time, and try to drink warm glasses of water instead of drinking cold water to lessen the fat as I myself do that from time to time…

How much weight should we lose?

Interestingly, I have found that, how much weight should we lose? is a question has been disliked by the experts and they keep on convincing their clients to never ever think of such a question again! So, you too can do the same no matter what you have… you have to keep yourself strong and positive… by the way, do not expect to succeed from the first act! I’m not attempting to scare you; rather, I’m just trying to wake you up with the fact that; no such thing can be achieved without willingness and the temptation to succeed no matter how hard it might be…REMEMBER, having a healthy body is a beauty in itself!
