  • I have just read somewhere in the internet about the importance of jotting down the type of food we do eat on our daily life. It happens that, such a daily maintenance can help very much in weight lose and in controlling our diet regimen…

  • The research has actually been conducted in Washington over both genders of their 50’s… such genders have done the experiment of weight lose in involving themselves to take notes of everything they eat, and the result was much better than those who didn’t have any controllability over their food…

  • Taking notes help in decreasing the amount of food they take because it forces them to check over the things they have eaten, and based on their result; they seemed to get shocked over the amount of food that goes to their mouth hours a day! Interestingly, such a shock helped very much in motivating them to be restricted to healthy diet regimen riches in fruits, veggies, wheat, less carbohydrate, lots of juicy stuff, etc. besides, committing themselves to such regular exercises…

  • Actually, I myself like it, and starting from tomorrow if God is willing, I’m going to have an eye over what I’m eating and will try myself to get back to the push ups and downs exercises…as I feel that I’m loosing control over my eating due to some personal problems I have faced lately and have destroyed my diet regimen…but i am willing to take this strategy as a weight lose motivation ... you too can do the same thing...just keep on trying as there is no harm in trying and keep on trying until we meet up with the right path...
