Well, based on what the experts have mentioned; sleeping has widely been approved as being a fat factor! It shows that; if we sleep after eating immediately, we would then help the stomach in gaining some fats as well as some bloating… therefore; we should always try to stop eating late at night or within 3 hours before our sleeping time, and try to drink warm glasses of water instead of drinking cold water to lessen the fat as I myself do that from time to time…
