You would never lose weight through eating fruits and doing exercises. Rather, you would gain extra weight! Eating only fruits all day long would cause your digestion system to starve for more food and if you were able to manage for one year in max; you would not be able to manage for more!

There is no harm in checking other online weight loss as long as you are capable enough in differentiating between the real and the fake online diets.

Diet online advices to choose the diet that is full of nutrition to keep you healthy for the lifelong! In fact, the diet that you decide to have it should be the standard diet forever! Unfortunately, there are lots of people who keep on following a diet for a short time till they get into the shape of body they dreamed for and that is wrong!
