How to apply sunscreen under our makeup?

I have read this article somewhere when I was doing some search since two or three days ago…

1. We have to wash our faces as regular and then dry it thoroughly…
2. Then apply the sunscreen cream and let it socks into our skin…
3. Remove any excess of sunscreen with a tissue…
4. And then apply the foundation followed by the makeup as usual…

a thumb of advice; we can always discuss any skinny problems with our doctors as they know much better than anyone else about our condition…as there are some experts who advise us to apply the sunscreen cream every 2 to 3 hours! While some suggest us to apply it only if we are going to the beach! So we don’t exactly know the perfect amount of cream that should be applied into our face and we don’t when should we apply it! Therefore, in order to protect the most sensitive part of our appearances which is our face, we should always discuss our doubts and concerns with our doctors…
