You can simply use a toner to the hair that is highlighted…but if your hair is overly highlighted, you can use a color remover (as I have discussed the process of hair remover in one of the below articles)… so, you have to select the color that is closely matched to your base color and apply it either yourself or at a salon (as I have shown you the method of using the appliance yourself in the article below)…
